Exercise of the week: Bench high plank with leg lift

Exercise of the week. Bench high plank with leg lift. From high plank position, lift one leg and hold for 5 seconds. Lower, then lift the other leg and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat for a total of 30-60 seconds. Good for core, leg strength and balance.
