Exercise of the Week:  Walking Leg Cradle

Coach Rebecca demonstrates the exercise of the week. Walking leg cradle. For balance and flexibility. Begin standing, then take a step and grab your ankle or foot as shown. Hold one count, then let go, take a step, and repeat on the other side. This is a great warm up exercise prior to a workout.
