Exercise of the Week:  Towel Slide

Coach Rebecca demonstrates the exercise of the week. Towel slide. Great for the glutes! Stand as shown with a towel under one foot. Then slide the foot slowly to side, engaging the glutes. 15 reps, 1-3 sets. To make this exercise more difficult, add a circular resistance band around the thighs.
