Exercise of the Week:  Inchworm

Coach Rebecca demonstrates the exercise of the week. Inchworm. Great for stretching the hamstrings and calves. With feet hip width, reach for the ground. Slowly walk your hands out until you reach high plank position. Then, taking tiny steps, walk your feet to meet your hands. This is one rep. 5-10 reps.
