Exercise of the Week:   I Y T

Coach Rebecca demonstrates the exercise of the week. “I Y T” Great for muscle activation and as a warm up to upper body strength. Stand tall, feet hip width apart. Bring arms above head to make an I. Bring arms down to sides, then up to the Y position as shown. Back down to sides, then to the T position. Start with 2 sets of 20.
