Exercise of the Week:  Downward Kickback

Coach Rebecca demonstrates the exercise of the week. Downward kickback. Great for activating and working the glutes. From downward dog pose, lift one leg up towards the ceiling and shown. Then, utilizing the glutes, kick the lifted leg up toward the ceiling. Start with 15 reps per side.
