Exercise of the Week:  Ball Toss with Russian Twist

Coach Rebecca demonstrates the exercise of the week. Ball Toss with Russian Twist. Works the core and arms. Use a resistance band around the thighs, keep knees from coming together. From the start position, toss and catch a medicine ball up to 10 times. Then do 10 Russian twists holding the ball. This is one set. Repeat for 2 or 3 more sets. Have fun!
